摘要
对我省四家中小企业的72名核心员工进行问卷调查,研究结果显示核心员工的薪酬激励因子在工作性质上存在显著差异。我省中小企业应根据不同工作性质的核心员工的特点,定制个性化的、能够产生良好激励效力的薪酬激励方案,以保持企业人才的持久的竞争力,实现中小企业可持续发展。
The author designs the questionnaire focusing on the characteristics of SMEs through survey in five SMEs in Hebei province in the paper. SMEs in Hebei province should customize the personal incentive compensation program based on the different characteristics of key staff to obtain better result. At the same time, SMEs in Hebei province should strengthen emotional incentives, pay more attention to family ties to keep a sustainable competition capability.
