高度近视准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后对比敏感度影响因素的分析 被引量:1

Influencing factors to the contrast sensitivity after laser in situ keratomileusis for high myopia

摘要 目的探讨高度近视行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶(LASIK)术后早期,暗环境下对比敏感度的变化及相关因素对对比敏感度的影响。方法随机收集66例66眼高度近视眼,观察其手术前后对比敏感度的变化及相关因素的影响。结果术后1个月,暗环境下低频段(3c/d)、中频段(6、12)和高频段(18c/d)对比敏感度均较术前下降,术后6个月低频段对比敏感度可恢复至术前水平,但中和高频段对比敏感度尚未恢复至术前水平。术前屈光度与术前和术后的对比敏感度均呈负相关,手术切削光区直径的大小与术后对比敏感度呈正相关,术前和术后1个月、3个月与6个月有眩光时对比敏感度均较无眩光时对比敏感度低。结论高度近视LASIK术后暗环境下对比敏感度下降;对比敏感度与术前屈光度呈负相关、与手术切削光区直径呈正相关;眩光降低对比敏感度。 Objective To investigate the early change of contrast sensitivity (CS) and the effects of correlative factors on CS after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) under mesopic conditions. Methods In this prospective study, 66 cases 66 high myopia eyes were collected randomly to observe the changes of con- trast sensitivity preoperatively and postoperatively, and the effects of correlative factors were analyzed. Re- suits 1 month after operation, mesopic CS decreased in low spatial frequencies(3 cycle/degree) ,medium spatial frequencies ( 6,12 cycle/degree) and high spatial frequencies ( 18 cycle/degree) CS ;6 months after op- eration, low spatial frequencies CS restored to preoperative level, but medium and high spatial frequencies CS were not restored preoperative level. Preoperative dioptre was negatively correlated with preoperative and postoperative contrast sensitivity; The diameter of surgery ablation was positively correlated with postoperative contrast sensitivity;The CS with glare was lower than CS without glare preoperatively and 1 month,3 months and 6months postoperatively. Conclusion The CS under mesopic condition decreased after LASIK for high myopia. It is negatively correlated with preoperative dioptre and positively correlated with the diameter of surgery ablation. Glare has influence on contrast sensitivity.
