微创内固定系统治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折疗效分析

The analysis of less invasive stabilization system in the curative effect of complex tibial plateau fracture

目的探讨微创内固定系统﹙LISS﹚治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法自2008年6月-2010年12月对26例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者采用LISS钢板内固定治疗,观察术后并发症,按照美国膝关节协会评分标准﹙AKSS﹚进行术后膝关节功能评分。结果本组26例患者均获得随访,随访时间为10-36月﹙平均16个月﹚。术后X线片示骨折全部愈合,平均骨愈合时间为12周。术后无感染、螺钉松动、钢板断裂等并发症发生。AKSS评分：优19例,良5例,差2例,优良率92.31%。结论微创内固定系统﹙LISS﹚具有创伤小,操作简便,固定牢靠等优点,有助于早期功能锻炼,关节功能恢复理想,是治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折安全有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of complex tibial plateau fracture treated by less invasive stabilization system（LISS）.Methods 26 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture were treated by LISS between June 2008 and December 2010.We analyzed the postoperative complications,and estimated the knee function of patients according to the American knee society score ﹙AKSS﹚.Results 26 cases were followed up from 10 to 36 months,with an average of 16 months.The X-ray shown all fracture were healing,with an average time of 12 weeks.No complication were happened during healing,such as infection,screw loose,internal fixation plate fracture,.The AKSS score shown that excellent 19 cases,good 5 cases,poor 2 cases,good rate 92.31%..Conclusion LISS was a safe and effective method in treating complex tibial plateau fractures,with advantages of minimally invasive,easy to operate,and stable fixation.
