幽门螺杆菌感染与原发性开角型青光眼的关系

Relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and primary open-angle glaucoma

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染与原发性开角型青光眼(primary-open angle glaucoma,PO-AG)之间的关系。方法收集在眼科门诊就诊的37例POAG患者(观察组)血清标本,同时收集来自门诊的34例健康志愿者(对照组)血清标本。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测观察组和对照组血清Hp特异性免疫球蛋白抗体G(Hp CagA-IgG)的表达情况。结果观察组Hp CagA-IgG阳性率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 Hp感染可能增加患POAG的几率。

Objective To investigate the relationship between helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection and primary-open angle glaucoma（POAG）.Methods Serum specimens of 37 patients with POAG in observation group were collected,while serum specimens of 34 patients with Hp infection in control group were collected at the same time.Hp specific immunoglobulin antibody content of the serum of the patients in both groups was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The masculine rate of Hp specific immunoglobulin antibody of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the patients in the control group seropositive reaction in experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Hp infection may increase the chance of suffering from primary open-angle glaucoma.
