ZHANG Sengyao's Soncave-convex Model and His Early Landscape Painting

张僧繇带有标志性的"凹凸法"一直是画史上一个重要的研究命题,通过对"凹凸法"与当时壁画山水之间的关系论述,以此揭示"凹凸法"在山水画技法演变中的重要意义。"凹凸法"尽管对人物画影响甚微,不过对山水画而言却是意义非凡。

Soncave-convex model is the landmark in ZHANG Sengyao＇s painting,which is also the impor- tant studying proposition in China art history. The relationship is analyzed between soncave-convex model and the mural,landscape painting at that time to disclose the meaning of soncave-convex model in land- scape painting＇s evolution. Soncave-convex model took a very small influence on figure painting,but a ex- traordinary significance for the landscape painting.
