中小企业以其独特经营方式和灵活的生产方式对我国经济发展和社会稳定起着举足轻重的作用,成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分。我国目前中小企业的发展日显活力和竞争力,但在财务管理方面存在着的诸多问题,严重制约着小企业的健康、快速发展,拟就小企业财务管理方面存在的问题进行剖析,提出相应的解决对策,从而探讨适合中小企业自身发展的财务管理办法,提高中小企业管理水平。

Small businesses are an essential part in our national economy. With their unique operating techniques and flexible producing methods, they have played an important role in order to keep the devel- opment of the economy and the stability of the society. At present, the development of the small businesses in China is increasingly showing its vitality and competitiveness. However, several problems exist in terms of financial management, which seriously limits the healthy and fast development of the small businesses. It intends to analyze the problems in financial management and put forward solutions accordingly so as to explore the appropriate financial management methods for small businesses and improve their management.
