高等院校贫困生心理健康调查分析

The Psychological Health Research on Poor Students from the College

贫困生是高校中的一个特殊群体,家庭环境对于他们的自我效能感和社交焦虑有着重要的影响,而自我效能感和社交焦虑对于心理健康有着不可忽视的作用。针对高等院校中的贫困生,采用问卷法研究其自我效能感和社交焦虑的特点。结果发现:在贫困生中男生的自我效能感平均比女生要强,有着明显的性别差距;有社交焦虑的全是男生,女生很少出现。不同成长环境对贫困生自我效能感和社交焦虑影响并不明显,但农村大学生社交焦虑平均比城市略高。

Poor students are a special group in the college. The family environment affects their self-effica- cy and social anxiety. The self-efficacy and social anxiety have great effect on their psychological health. In this research, it used questionnaires to research self-efficacy and social anxiety of poor students from the college and found that in the poor students, men had more self-efficacy than women and the social anxiety only existed in the men. The different growth environments had little effect on poor student＇s self-efficacy and social anxiety. But the students from country had more social anxiety than the students from city.
