摘要
高层或超高层建筑常采用框筒结构或者筒中筒结构,这样容易造成"肥梁胖柱",给使用带来不便.为了满足使用功能要求,常常需增加额外成本,造成浪费.新型装配整体式空间钢网格"筒中筒"结构具有构件小、施工速度快、施工安全、用钢量小等优点.本文介绍了新型装配整体式空间钢网格"筒中筒"盒式结构的基本原理及力学特点.并以一拟建超高层为例,对比分析了新型结构体系和常规框筒结构体系.得出新结构基本动力特征,对新结构进行了地震作用下的弹性时程分析.研究表明,新型空间钢网格"筒中筒"盒式结构空间整体性与空间刚度优于常规框筒结构,抗震性能较好并能取得良好的经济效益.
The high-rise or super high-rise building often adopts the structure of the frame tube or tube in tube structure.It has the problem of 'fat beam fat column',and it is not convenient to use.In order to meet the use function,it often needs additional cost and results in waste.New prefabricated space steel grid tube in tube cassette structure has the advantages of small component,fast speed construction,safety,small amount of steel.The basic principles and mechanical characteristics of the new prefabricated space steel grid tube in tube cassette structure is described and compared with the new structure system and conventional frame-tube structure system of a super high-rise building.The basic dynamic characteristics of the new structure are analyzed.Elastic time history analysis of the new structure under earthquake are also carried out.The study shows that the integrity and spatial stiffness of the new structure is better than that of conventional frame tube structure.It has good seismic performance and can achieve good economic benefits.
