社会主义核心价值观提炼原则探究

Study on the Refinement Principle of Socialist Core Values

自党的十六届六中全会提出社会主义核心价值体系命题以来，就有学者意识到核心价值体系不等于核心价值观，紧接着学术界便开始了对社会主义核心价值观进行提炼，遗憾的是至今没有达成共识。社会主义核心价值观的提炼必须建立在核心价值观形成和发展的客观规律基础之上，同时结合社会主义的本质、共产党治国理政的基本理念、人民群众的利益要求，并吸收国内外文化的优秀成分。

Since the concept of socialist core value system was put forward at the sixth session of the sixteenth CPC convention of the Party, some scholars have realized that the core value system is not equal to the core values. Immediately the academic circles began to refine the socialist core values. However, it is a pity that no consensus has been reached. The refinement of socialist core values must be based on the objective rules of the formation and development of the core values, and assimilate the excellence of domestic and foreign cultures, with an integration of the essence of socialism, the fundamental theory of CPC＇s ruling the nation and managing state affairs as well as the interests of the people.
