摘要
探讨护理程序在心肺复苏术实训教学中的应用效果。方法抽取114名学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组56人,对照组58人。实验组运用护理程序的方法实施心肺复苏实训教学,对照组用传统的教学方法实施心肺复苏实训教学。结果实验组在技能考核中所取的成绩与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.01。实验组对教学效果相关评价优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.01。结论在心肺复苏术实训教学中运用护理程序的教学方法,完善了操作程序,对提高实训教学效果具有显著成效。
The paper discusses the care program applied in the simulation teaching of cardio--pulmonary resuscitation. Method.. 114 students are chosen at random and divided into two groups: 56 in the experimental group and 58 in the contrastive group. The method of care program is used in the while the traditional teaching method is adopted to conduct the cardiocardio pulmonary resuscitation in the experimental group, pulmonary resuscitation teaching in the contrastive group. Result: The differences in the grades of skill evaluation between the two groups have statistic significance (P〈0.01). Teaching--related evaluations from the experimental group are superior to those of the contrastive group (P〈0.01) Conclusion: applying care program to the simulation teaching of cardio--pulmonary improves the operational procedures and exerts a remarkable effect on enhancing simulation teaching effect.
