摘要 文中简单阐述了开放式虚拟仪器平台LabVIEW软件和智能仪器的特点、功能,在LabVIEW与智能仪器串口通信的基础上开发了由计算机控制的数据采集系统,利用LabVIEW强大的数据处理和显示功能对采集的数据进行实时的处理、分析和显示,从而在很大的程度上提高了智能仪器的性能。并介绍了其在机油泵扭矩测试台中的具体应用,并对机油泵的转速,扭矩及功率进行了采集,取得了满意的效果。 This paper simply described the features and function of LabVIEW software which was virtual instrument platform and intelligent instrument.Data acquistion system controlled by computer was developed based on the serial communication of LabVIEW and intelligent instrument.It used LabVIEW's strong and powerful handing data and display carried out a real-time processing,analyses and display and improves the performance of intelligent instrument to a great extent.It described its specific application in the torque test bed of oil pump,and the speed,torque and power of pump were collected,and it achieved satisfactory results.
