摘要 为了研制高精度的碳化硅砂子动态自动称重系统[1]装置,提出了基于STM32F105测量系统的方案。介绍了称重系统的工作原理,设计了系统的主控器电路、称重检测调理电路和电机驱动电路等硬件电路及PWM电机调速和数字滤波软件,并将称重结果显示在LCD上。试验结果表明,系统结构简单,工作稳定可靠,满足了碳化硅砂子的高精度动态称重要求。 In order to develop high-precision silicon carbide sand dynamic automatic weighing system device, measurementsvstem was proposed based on STM32F105 scheme. Introducing the working principle of the weighing system, the system master cir-cuit design,weighing conditioning circuit detection circuit and the motor driven circuit and PWM motor control hardware and soft-ware, digital filtering,and weighing the results displayed on the LCD. The results showed that the system is simple, stable and relia-ble,silicon carbide sand to meet the requirements of high-precision dynamic weighing.
