摘要
针对矿用空压机能量损耗大,气压不稳等问题,以PLC为开发平台,采用PID参数控制器进行模糊自整定,实现对空压机的变频调速,保证空压机气源的稳定性,并采用Matlab/Simulink软件对控制系统特性进行虚拟仿真分析,通过实验和仿真结果表明,该系统不但大大提高了系统的自动化程度,而且稳压、节能效果显著,具有极大的应用前景和实用价值。
In view of big loss of the mine air compressors' energy and the air pressure instability problems, take PLC as the development platform, using PID parameters self-tuning fuzzy controller, to achieve air compressors' frequency control, ensure the stability of air compressors' air pressure, and using Matlab / Simulink software to make the control system characteristic simulation analysis, experimental and simulation results show that, the system not only greatly enhance the automation degree of the system, but also obviously effect energy saving and pressure steady,it has a great application prospect and practical value.
