地区交通规划中交通系统运行效率评价指标 ,是交通系统组织与规划方案选择的重要依据。城市交通系统的最终目的是在保护积淀的人文景观与可持续的人居环境约束下 ,实现人与物的极大化运输。

The evaluation index of the operation efficiency of the traffic system in the area traffic plan is the important basis for selecting traffic system organization and planned option.The final objective of the urban traffic system is to realize the maximum transportation of men and matter under the restrain of humane landscape and continuous resident environment.The paper puts forward the overall evaluation standards and the relevant evaluation index and method,i.e.smaller vehicle kilometer run on the traffic system unit vehicle lane kilometer in the central district,while larger men kilometer transported on the unit vehicle lane kilometer.
