摘要
针对费托合成反应中的催化剂、传质和传热的关键问题,综述了低温和高温费托合成工艺的研究进展以及应用现状,对固定床、流化床和浆态床3种传统的费托合成工艺进行了分析与比较,并介绍了近年出现的微通道反应器、整体式反应器等新型反应器和超临界流体等新型费托合成工艺。在此基础上,对今后费托合成工艺的研究及发展方向进行了分析和展望,反应器结构、催化剂设计和微反应器是未来的研究热点,将为费托合成工艺的进步发挥重要作用。
The recent developments in the research of catalysts, mass transfer and heat transfer for low- and high-temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis were reviewed. Three processes, namely fixed bed, fluidized bed and slurry bed, used in the synthesis were compared based on the catalysts, heat transfer, mass transfer, product distribution and reaction conditions. Some novel Fischer-Tropsch synthesis processes, namely microstructured reactor, monolith reactor and supercritical fluid were introduced. The reactor structure, catalyst design and micro reactor will be hot points for the research of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in future.
