Transformation of Coal Industrial Development Mode and Consolidation of Energy Supply Base

通过对化石能源资源禀赋条件和新能源发展基础两方面的分析,认为煤炭作为主体能源的地位不会改变,并且应按照"控制东部、稳定中部、发展西部"的总体原则,有序建设大型煤炭基地,建设大型现代化煤矿,建设资源节约型和环境友好型矿区,发展洁净煤技术和深加工转化技术。从而转变煤炭工业发展方式,巩固能源供应基础。

With the analysis on the deposition conditions of the fossil energy resources and the new energy development base, the paper held that position of coal as the leading energy would not be changed. According to the general principle of ＂the control of the eastern, stabilization of the middle and development of the western＂ , the paper held that the large coal base, large modernized coal mine, energy saving type and environment friend type mining area should be constructed in sequences and the clean coal technology and the deep coal processing and conversion technology shall be developed. Thus the coal industrial development mode could be transformed and the energy supply base could be consolidated.
