河南省煤炭企业重组后的战略发展研究

Study on Strategic Development of Henan Provincial Coal Enterprises after Reorganization

列举了河南省煤炭行业在兼并重组后面临的发展机遇,在分析了其现行发展中存在的问题后,根据国家"十二五"发展规划和煤炭行业的特点,提出煤电化综合一体化发展,确保后备资源充足,促进衰退煤炭企业战略转移等河南省煤炭企业后续发展的战略思路。

The paper enumerated the development opportunities faced to Henan coal industry after the merger and reorganization conducted. After the analysis on the problems existed in the present development, according to the features of the national ＂12th Five Years＂ Development Plan and the coal industry, a comprehensive integrated development of the coal and electric power was provided to ensure the sufficiency of the reserve resources and to promote the strategic transfer of the recession coal industry and the follow-up development strategic idea of the coal enterprises in Henan Province.
