摘要
本文介绍了近4年来南开大学基于学生信息员队伍的学生评教工作开展的基本情况、多元机制和评教信息反馈模式,同时论述了通过学生信息员工作进行随堂评教的有效性及其在促进学校教学质量提升方面的意义。针对学校进一步推进学生评教工作,让学生参与学校教学管理工作,充分发挥其在教学质量监控体系中的重要作用,本文提出了几点建议。
The paper introduces the basic situation, multiple mechanism and information feedback mode about student evaluation of teaching in Nankai University, based on the information personnel system in recent 4 years. In addition, the authors analyze the effectiveness of in - class teaching evaluation through information personnel system and the great significance in improving the teaching quality. Several suggestions are proposed in order to improve the students ~ evaluation of teaching, let students participate teaching management, and fully play their function in teaching quality monitor system.
