我国体育教师职业道德研究的现状与展望

An Overview on the Studies on P.E.Teacher's Occupation Ethics

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对我国体育教师职业道德的研究现状、特点作了全面分析。结果发现,目前我国体育教师职业道德的研究内容主要包括:体育教师职业道德的内涵和要求;体育教师职业道德建设的现状、问题及原因;加强体育教师职业道德建设的对策。研究中存在的问题主要表现为:研究的质量不能满足体育教师职业道德建设的实际需要;研究内容不够深入,研究领域较为狭窄;定性分析多,定量少,研究方法单一。根据存在的不足及师德发展的趋势,提出了关于体育教师专业道德的研究展望,希望能为今后的体育教师师德研究提供参考。

By using the method of documentary,logical analysis,this essay made a comprehensive analysis on the situation and characteristics of the studies on the P.E.teacher＇s occupation ethics in China in resent years.It found that those studies contain the following aspects： Connotation and requirement of P.E.teacher＇s occupation ethics;Present situation and the existing problems of P.E.teacher＇s occupation ethics construction and reasons for that;Countermeasures of strengthen P.E.teacher＇s occupation ethics.The problems existing in those studies maily are： Quality of those Studies can not meet the actual need of building P.E.Teachers＇ occupation ethics;The researches are not entirely clear and insufficient comprehensive;The research methods were very single.Aimed at the deficiencies of previous studies and the trend of developing the P.E.teachers＇ occupation Ethics,this essay puts forward some prospects of studies on China＇s P.E.teachers occupation ethics.
