摘要
运用文献资料等方法对美国体育教师教育方案评价体系及特征进行了研究,具体分析了美国体育教师教育评价制度产生的背景、评价标准、评价方法及评价结果的特征。结论:教师教育机构的体育教师教育方案由美国教师教育评价认证委员会(NCATE)以及所属美国体育教育协会(NASPE)通过自我评价报告和实地考察评价进行评价认证,评价结果具有权威性、客观性和民主性特征的同时又有过于规范性特征。
This research studies the education program assessment system and characteristics of the Physical Education teacher of USA by using the method of documentary and so on,analyzes the background of the education evaluation system,the evaluation standards and the evaluation methods and the evaluation results.The conclusion is that the education program assessment system is evaluated the authentication through the self assessment report and on-the-spot investigation evaluation by NCATE and NASPE which is authoritative,objectivity,democratic and normative.
