中国体育贫困人口反贫困问题探究

体育贫困是指由于社会体育资源或个人体育资源、体育能力、体育意识的缺乏而导致的体育参与受限或低于社会体育水准的状态。根据对体育贫困的界定,指出体育贫困人口是由于体育贫困而导致体育参与未达到社会体育水准的一类人,中国体育贫困人口主要由被奥运会"遗忘"的广大农村农民、部分中小学学生、体育弱势群体(老年人、残疾人、农民工、下岗职工等)、迫于生活工作压力的一些中青年知识分子、工人等组成。通过对体育贫困人口的判定及产生原因的论述,探讨了我国体育贫困人口反贫困的措施,提出我国体育贫困人口的反贫困应与体育资源开发与丰富为基础,以提高人们的体育意识及体育能力为关键,以国家政策法律为保障。

Sports poverty refers to：because of the social sports resources or individual sports resources physical abilities,lack of consciousness of participation in sports limited or below the level of social sports.According to the definition of sports poverty,the author thinks that sports poverty population is due to participate in sports and sports poverty did not reach the level of social sports.Sports poverty population in China mainly by the ＂forgotten＂ vast rural farmers,part of primary and middle school students,sports disadvantaged（the elderly,the disabled,and migrant workers,the laid-off workers,etc.）,under the pressure of work and some life intellectuals,workers,etc.Though the sports poverty population causes are discussed in this sports poverty population anti-poverty measures of mouth,up our sports population against poverty should be made by the sports resources for development and the rich to raise awareness for the people＂ sports and physical capacity for the key to the national policy for the protection of law.
