摘要
探究引体令柔十三式对大学生身体健康的影响。方法:运用文献资料法、数理统计法对陕西师范大学非体育专业的学生共80人(男40人,女40人)进行调查与分析研究。期间对引体令柔十三式练习者进行4个半月,每周5次(周一至周五练习),每次1h的练习。实验结果:引体令柔十三式习练者的身体素质、身体机能在锻炼前后各项指标呈显著差异(P<0.05)或者非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:引体令柔十三式锻炼对大学生的身体素质和身体机能有积极的影响,本研究为大学生进行健身提供了科学的理论依据。
Purpose: to explore Yintiling roushisanshi to college students' physical health of influence.Methods: using the literature material method,mathematical statistics method to shanxi normal university of non-professional sports were 80 students(male 40 people,female 40 people) survey and analysis research.To let subjects for four and a half months of practitioners,5 times per week(Monday to Friday practice),every time one hour of practice.The experimental results: Yintilingroushisoushi the physical quality,body function in before and after exercise each index shows significant difference(P0.05) or very significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion: Yiutilingroushisanshi for university students' exercise body quality and body function has a positive effect,and this research for college students to provide fitness scientific theory.
