摘要
协同是复杂系统演化的内在规律。企业战略是一个复杂系统,系统内资源、管理、组织和文化四个子系统及其要素的相互作用,实现了系统的有序发展。本文运用系统协同理论与方法对企业战略要素的协同度进行评价,以表征系统协同有序的程度,为提升企业战略实效提供指引。以精细化工企业为例进行实证分析。
Synergy is an intrinsic law of coevolving of complex system. The enterprise strategy system is acomplex system in which the subsystem and its elements such as resources, management, organization and cultural interact to achieve the orderly development. System synergetic theory and method are used to eval- uate the synergetic degree of the enterprises strategic elements, and to characterize the system coordination and orderly degree, in order to enhance the effectiveness of Enterprise Strategy Guide. At last, an empiri- cal analysis is taken about the fine chemical enterprise.
