摘要
借鉴全面质量管理的思路,引入质量管理中的ISO9000的管理模式,从传统对结果进行评估转为对过程实施控制的管理。构建了以内部激励为主、外部推动为辅的全员、全过程、全面地利用PDCA循环,建立三层次、四阶段、四结合的"交流互动式"的实践教学质量闭环监控体系,实现持续改进功能,在实践运行中取得了良好的效果。
This paper draws on the ideas of total quality management, pulls in the management mode of ISO9000 quality management, from the transformation of traditional to assess the results to implementation of control into the process. This paper constructs the internal incentive-based monitoring system, supplemented by external drivers, by the full, whole process, using the PDCA cycle to achieve continuous improvement functions of three levels, four stages, four combinations of "interaction" of practical teaching quality closed- loop control system, which has achieved good results in practice.
