Microbiology is an experimental science. In order to improve the experimental ability and innovative capability of students, it is tried to reform the methods and ways of the conventional microbiology experimental teaching mode. Establishing scientific and rational teaching reform target, optimizing the content of experiment teaching, and setting up scientific and rational system of examination and assessment are very important and necessary.
