摘要
船用燃气轮机的进气过滤器的设计 ,通常采用实验筛选的方法 .本文提出了一种可行的理论计算方法 ,该方法运用计算流体力学手段 ,对燃气轮机进气过滤器的主要部件之一的惯性级过滤器流场进行了数值模拟 .对典型结构进行了计算 ,讨论了结构对过滤器性能的影响 .
Usually the experimental method was used for the design of marine gas turbine inlet air filter. Now a useful theoretical approach is presented by use of CFD. The flow field in inertial stage, as the main part of inlet air filter, was simulated by numerical method. The flow field of typical structure was calculated, and the discussion about the influence of structure parameters on inlet air filter performance was done. Some suggestions may be helpful for the design of inertial stage.
