大学生自动化技术创新中心建设理念与运行机制探索与实践

Exploration and practice of construction conception and operation mechanism of students' automation technology innovation center

在分析高校重视创新型人才培养的必然性,以及创新人才培养现状、措施和存在误区的基础上,从大学生创新中心建设理念要突出学科优势和专业特色、建设模式,要有利于学生创新意识唤醒和创新活动参与、运行机制,要有利于建设理念、建设模式的推进和实践为切入点,给出大学生自动化技术创新中心的建设理念、模式和运行机制的建设和探索。实践证明:形成的机制对于提高高校创新人才的运行效率、调动广大教师、学生参与创新活动的主动性和积极性具有良好的推动作用。

Firstly, the historical inevitability, situation, measures and problems of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities of China are analyzed. Then, to discuss that students＇ innovation center construction conception should show subject advantage and professional characteristics, the construction mode should be helpful for students to wake up their innovative consciousness and take part in innovative activity, and the operation mechanism should be help- ful for them to go ahead and practice the construction conception and mode . At last, building practice of student automarion innovation center is shown. Practice proves that the forming mechanism is efficient and scientific, and it can make innovation center playv a good role in innovative talents cultivating.
