摘要 建设一支结构合理、富有创新活力的实验教师队伍是提高实验教学示范中心内涵建设的基础。结合地方高校创建省级实验教学示范中心的实践,从转变思想、更新观念,外延扩充与素质提升结合,加强产学研合作,完善管理、科学评价和激励机制4个方面分析了师资队伍内涵建设思路。通过创新实验教学理念,构建了系统性、层次性、互动性、多维度的实验教学新体系,加强了实验教学质量监控与评价,实现了教学质量内涵提升。 To construct an experimental teaching team with a reasonable structure and innovative activities is the base of improving connotation construction in the experimental teaching demonstration center. Combining the practice of experimental teaching demonstration center constructed in local colleges and universities, this paper analyses the connotation construction of teaching team from changed thought, external expansion and quality improvement, strengthening combination of production-teaching-research, and perfecting management, scientific evaluation and incentive mechanism. Through innovative experimental teaching idea, the new system atical, hierarchical, interactive, multidimensional experimental teaching system is built, the experimental teaching monitoring and evaluation are enhanced, and the teaching quality is improved.
