摘要
从目前高职高专通信技术专业构建现状、岗位分析,探索校企合作专业建设运行机制。制定了"一地多点、三段融合"人才培养模式,构建了以通信工程督导工作过程系统化的课程体系。详细介绍了企业专家和学院教师在课程体系中的角色和位置,完善了工学结合的校内实训基地建设和实现场地教学,打造了"专兼结合,教研并重"的教学团队,建立并完善工学结合的校外实训基地建设,构建了以学校为主体、企业和社会共同参与的"三位一体"的教学质量监控体系。
According to the present situation of communication technology specialty construction, through position analysis, this paper explores the professional eonstruetion of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, and develops innovative talent cultivation mode. In order to build a communication engineering supervision work process systematization curriculum system, this paper introduces the business experts and teachers col- lege curriculum system in the role and the position in detail. The working and learning combination on the cam- pus and outside the campus training base construction, and field teaching is established and improved. The innovative teaching team is constructed. The school as the subject, the enterprise and society to participate in the teaching quality monitoring system is built.
