摘要
从调动工作积极性、优化人员结构和提高凝聚力方面阐述了工作轮换对实验教学团队的影响;从确立个人职业生涯目标和培养复合型人才的角度讨论了工作轮换对教师和实验技术人员实现人生价值的重要性。为保证工作轮换制度顺利实施,充分发挥其优势,在建立工作轮换制度时需注重科学性、加强政策引导、制定合理的工作轮换计划、规范工作流程。
In the terms of advancing the working motivation, optimizing the staff structure and improving the group cohesion, effect of rotation of working post on teaching quality is elaborated on. In addition, the importance of rotation of working post to the technicians＇ life values in the terms of ensuring the personal career objection and cultivating the compound talents is discussed. At last, in order to improve the whole teaching team＇s quality, several pieces of advice of establishing reasonable rotation system of working post should be put forward.
