工科院校生产实习工作的问题及建议

Problems and suggestions about production practice of engineering colleges

近年来,不少工科院校在生产实习工作中存在实习单位难以联系和长期稳固、实习缺少规范和组织、实习质量差等一些共性问题。结合大连理工大学热能与动力工程专业涡轮机专业方向多年生产实习带队经验,详细探讨了实习基地的建设、实习的准备工作、实习过程中的组织协调等问题,并针对生产实习工作的具体实施提出了几点建议,为实际解决当前高校生产实习所面临的困境提供帮助。

In recent years, there are some similarity problems in the production internship of many engineering colleges, such as the practice unit of contacting, the lack of organization in the internship, the poor quality of the practice. The many years experience is reorganized of leading the practice of the Thermal Energy and Power Engineering of the Dalian University of Technology. Some problems are discussed in detail, such as the building of practice base, the preparatory work of practice, organization and coordination of the internship process, etc. The several specific implementation suggestions are proposed for aiding the practical solution of the difficulties faced by college production practice.
