摘要
实验室是高校创新的源头,实验教师是实验室队伍建设的核心。该文分析了实验教师队伍发展现状、问题及其成因,运用职业生涯规划理论、激励理论和人本管理理论,提出了高校实验教师队伍发展策略。
Laboratory is the cradle of innovation. And the faculty development is the essential task for laborato ry construction. This paper analyzes some current problems which exist in the construction of the staff of uni versity laboratory. With the practices of career development theory, incentive theories and people-oriented the ory, this paper puts forward the strategy on the facuity development of the university laboratory.
