摘要
从提升采购管理水平的内在要求出发,兼顾后续实验室管理及资产管理的实际需求,清华大学实验室与设备处组织供应商的技术力量,对实验室仪器设备开展巡查工作,对在用仪器设备进行检测、维护和简单修理,并形成了巡检制度。这项工作发挥了供应商的专业技术优势,为教学科研提供更高水平的软硬件支撑条件,为师生提供更细致,优质的服务,是对仪器设备购置管理及相关管理的有益探索。
From the view of enhancing the quality of purchasing equipment, considering to meet the needs of the management of researching laboratories and public properties at the same time, a new way is carried on to explore the possibility of organizing the equipment suppliers to provide further service beyond guarantee periods and besides the reparation.
