摘要
道德学习研究的逻辑起点源自西方理性主义与经验主义。道德学习的认知发展观、文化社会观、价值发展观、建构主义观构成道德学习研究的理论基础。道德学习强调道德主体意识的培养,是对传统道德教育模式的超越,是创新道德工作的有效性手段。以道德学习为核心构建我国德育体系是德育理论和实践研究领域的时代命题,更是提高我国德育工作实效必须抓住的核心环节。在青少年道德学习实践过程中,构建知情行整合的道德学习内容体系,创建青少年道德学习的道德文化氛围,确立"指导自主性道德学习"模式,有助于增强德育实效性。
The logic behind researches on adolescents' moral learning is rooted in the western rationalism and empiricism.Cognitive developmental theory,concept of cultural society,a value development view and theory of constructivism provide a basis for the researches of moral learning.Moral learning emphasizes cultivation of moral individuals' consciousness,which transcends traditional moral education pattern,and is an effective way to innovate moral education.With the core of moral learning,moral education system is the topic of times in theory of moral study and moral practice,and a key link to raise efficiency of moral education.In practice of adolescents' moral learning,constructing the moral learning content system with the integration of cognition,affection and behavior,creating a ethical culture of adolescents' moral learning and establishing the "instructive autonomous moral learning"model help to enhance the effectiveness of moral education.
