社会转型期的高校青年教师思想政治教育具有明显特征。在分析高校青年思想政治教育特点、存在问题及成因的基础上,提出了优化思想政治教育社会环境、拓宽思想政治教育载体和建立常态化思想政治教育机制等对策。

Young college teachers＇ ideological and political education in the period of social transition has obvious characteristics.Based on the analysis of characteristics,problems and causes of the young college teachers＇ ideological and political education,put forward some countermeasures,such as optimization of ideological and political education environment,broadening ideological and political education carrier and establishment of normal political and ideological education mechanism.
