摘要
详细介绍了煤矿用特殊型DM400KT阀控式铅酸(AGM-VRLA)蓄电池的研制与开发,总结电池采用胶体电解液、改善隔板性能及提高装配压力都可以明显延长电池的循环寿命,其次极板称重配组、电池内化成,能够很好地控制化成深度,使电解液密度均匀一致,增加电池的一致性能,从而提高电池的使用寿命。
The research and development of a special valve-regulated lead-acid battery for coal mine was detailed in this paper. It was concluded that, using the gelled electrolyte, improving separator performance and improving the assembly pressure all could significantly prolong the cycle life. Secondly, through weighting plates to match group and container formation, the depth of formation could be controlled very well, the density of electrolyte was more uniform, and the consistency of the battery was increased, so that the service life of battery was increased.
