摘要 本文在分析胶体蓄电池的主要性能参数对判断蓄电池容量的影响,以及胶体蓄电池组均匀性差的可能原因的基础上,提出了一种基于蓄电池组的端电压和内阻的均匀性判定胶体蓄电池组状态的方法。在进一步分析各个胶体蓄电池单体的端电压、内阻、温度的均匀性和实际测量值后,确定出最可疑的落后电池。其中均匀性是否增大采用构造标准差三角形,或者变异系数三角形,并通过三角形其中两边的位置关系,以及某条边与横坐标的夹角大小进行判定。该判定规则直观易懂,便于软件编程实现。在蓄电池寿命中后期应用该方法,对胶体蓄电池组的优劣判断具有较高的准确率。 A method to monitor the state of gelled VRLA batteries was researched in this paper, which was based on the analyses of the influences of main performance parameters of gelled VRLA battery on determining capacity as well as the reasons of less uniformity of gelled VRLA batteries. This method was based on the terminal voltage and internal resistance of gelled VRLA batteries. After further analysis of the uniformity of each gelled cell's terminal voltage, resistance, temperature and the actual measured value, the most suspicious weak cell would be determined. The increased uniformity was judged ]by constructing the standard deviation triangle, or the triangle of the coefficient of variation. It was judged through the position relationship of two specified sides of the triangle, and the angle formed between one side of triangle and the abscissa. This rule was proven to be straightforward, easy to implement software programming. This method had a high accuracy to evaluate gelled VRLA battery during the late life of gelled VRLA battery.
