摘要
旅游诚信的缺失直接影响旅游企业营销能力的提升,以营销能力为视角,对旅游企业的诚信现状进行分析,提出旅游企业诚信机制建设的必要性,并在此基础上分别从旅游企业文化、诚信管理及内部激励、诚信保障体系等方面对旅游企业诚信机制构建及信用管理进行了探讨。
Tourism enterprise credit absence directly influence the promotion of tourism enterprise marketing ability,in the perspective of marketing ability,research tourism credit situation, and put forward the necessity about ourism enterprise credit mechanism of the construction,and discuss tourism enterprise credit mechanism and credit management from tourist enterprise culture,integrity management and internal motivation, credit guarantee system etc.
