我国电煤供应链的特点与优化策略探析

Study on the Characteristics and Optimization Strategy of Domestic Power Coal Supply Chain

电煤供应链优化对于降低电煤供应链过高的物流费用、解决电荒频频发生等问题具有重要意义。文章在分析我国电煤供应链特点的基础上,针对其存在的运输距离长、物流成本高、抗风险能力差、可靠性不佳等问题,结合供应链管理的主要思想,从煤炭供应优化、运输配送环节供应链优化、电煤供应链上各个环节有机连接这三个方面提出了电煤供应链优化的策略。

Optimization strategy of the power coal supply chain is important to reduce high logistics costs and solve the problem of severe power shortage. Based on the characteristics of domestic power coal supply chain and problems such as long shipment distance, high logistics costs, bad mlti-risk ability, etc, combined with the ideas of supply chain management, this paper provides reference optimization strategy for power coal supply chain from supply optimization, distribution optimization and links optimization.
