Study of the Military Third-Party Logistics Supplier's Selection Based on TOPSIS Method and GREY Relative Degree

军队引入第三方物流是实现后勤保障社会化的必然举措,文章针对军队第三方物流供应商的选择评价问题,首先建立了军队第三方物流供应商的综合评价指标体系,其次提出了基于TOPSIS法和灰色关联度法的模型,该模型具有一定的理论依据,对军队第三方物流供应商进行了分析和排序,并通过实例对模型的有效性和实用性进行了验证,取得了较为满意的结果,为军队第三方物流供应商决策的科学性与准确性提供了一个新的思路。

The introduction of the military third-party logistic is a necessary measure to realize logistics support socialization. According to the problem of the military third-party lo- gistics suppliers selection and evaluation, this paper firstly establishes a comprehensive military third-party logistics supplier evaluation index system. Secondly, this paper establishes an evaluation model combined with TOPSIS method and GREY relative degree. This model which has the certain theory basis can be used to analyze and decision-making, and an example is presented to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the model. Satisfactory results have been obtained, which provides a new thinking to select military third-party logistics suppliers more scientifically and exactly.
