京津冀区域经济一体化的困境与选择——与“长三角”对比研究

The Dilemma and Choice of the Regional Economic Integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

积极探索都市圈内区域经济一体化,既是应对经济全球化挑战的现实需要,也是提升区域整合实力,构筑我国经济再次腾飞所需的世界级都市圈的必然选择。长期以来,京津冀区域经济一体化发展缓慢,与长三角地区相比整体差距较大。通过与一体化程度较高的长三角地区在基础设施水平、区域经济的均衡发展、城市体系、产业布局等维度的比较分析,找出京津冀一体化的症结所在,进而提出京津冀一体化走出困境的路径选择,以期促进京津冀区域经济一体化程度,提升我国的国际竞争力。

The 21 Century is the century of economic globalization and regional economic integration.How to explore the economic integration of inter-city city circles is not only practical needs to face the economic globalization challenge,but also an inevitable choice to enhance the regional integration strength,especially to build China＇s world-class city group.For a long time,the regional economic integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei falls behind with Yangtze River Delta region.Comparing with the infrastructure,balanced development of region economy,city system,industrial layout of dimensions of higher level regions,this paper points out the bottleneck that curbs the regional economic integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,puts forward some countermeasures in order to promote the regional economic integration degree and improve China＇s international competitiveness.
