摘要
介绍质量管理所经历的几个主要阶段,指出后一阶段管理方法并不是对前一阶段的彻底否定.特别是在统计质量控制阶段建立的控制图方法在全面质量管理阶段仍具有实用价值.介绍休哈特控制图,对控制图的三原理和控制图的两个共生错误给予简捷论述.采用概率论与数理统计方法,对质量过程稳态判断准则的选择进行解析.尤其是对选择判断准则所依据的正态分布、二项分布和泊松分布以及此三者之间有关的内在联系进行阐述.
This paper introduces the main phases in the process of quality management, and then points out that the management method in a later phase is not denial of that in a previous phase. Especially the control chart in statistical quality control still has practical value in total quality management. This paper also introduces Shewhart control charts, and simply discusses the 3a principle as well as the two kinds of irreconcilable errors. With probability theory and mathematical statistics method, the author analyzes the judgment criterion selection of quality process steady state, especially explains the normal distribution, binomial distribution and poisson distribution, which are the basis of the selection criteria, as well as the interior relation of these three.
