摘要
利用光的折射,散射,全反射,以及光通量守恒原理对侧光式LED导光板的网点进行设计,建立了两种针对不同光源排列方式的网点设计理论模型,结合导光板的出光原理求出了二维网点的分布规律。通过求解网点分布方程得出网点分布坐标以及密度分布,并把求解出的二维网点导入光学软件进行光学性能模拟,模拟结果表明利用该理论模型设计出的导光板照度均匀度可以达到84%,灯具效率超过78%,达到了国家照明标准。
The design of scattering netted dots of light guide plate is carried out based on the theories related to the refraction, dispersion, and full reflection of light, and the principle of luminous flux conservation. Two kinds of models are set up for netted dots design with respect of different LED arrangements, and the distribution scheme of 2D netted dots is resulted using the principle of the light guide. Solving the distribution scheme, the coordinate values and density values of all netted dots are obtained. Then importing the values into the optical software, the simulation is executed for the model. The simulation results show that illumination uniformity of designed light guide can be closely 84% , luminaire efficiency more than 78% , achieving the national illumination standard.
