摘要
通常,OLED照明模组是通过简单的将OLED色块串联后并联的方式实现,但是通过对其光电衰减特性的研究发现,这种照明模组容易出现温度不均匀、亮度不均匀和颜色不均匀等问题。这主要是由于各并联OLED模组之间的电流大小不一致所造成。此外,OLED照明模组的温度分布与其光色衰减特性之间是有关联性的,例如温度较高区域的亮度相对较高,且色度也会出现较大的偏移,从而加速了OLED色块的衰减。如果整体温差过大,比如30℃以上,甚至会出现黑斑、击穿、分层、碎裂等不可恢复的影响。
OLED lighling module is composed of OLED units by series and parallel connection. However, through the research on photoelectric degradation characteristics of OLED lighting module, it is found that Ibis kind of lighting module often has the problems of nonuniform distribution of temperature, luminance and color. This is mainly due to difference of etlrrents among the parallel OI,ED modules. Moreover, tire temperalure distribution of OI,EI) lighting module is relaled to photoelectric degradation characteristics, for example, tire luminance of high temperature region ix relatively high, and the color of high lemperature region will have a large offset, so it will accelerate the degradation of OLED. If the tenlperature offset is too large, for example 30℃, there may even appear dark spots, breakdown, stratification, fragmentation and so on.
