On the Economic and Social Development of Xifeng Destrict in Qingyang City

近年来,西峰区经济社会发展取得了长足进步,发展基础逐渐坚实,发展势头趋于强劲,发展后劲也日益充足,目前也正处于加快发展的战略机遇期,但同时也存在不足,如经济总量小,人均水平低,工业化、城镇化进程缓慢,基础设施建设滞后等。指出在今后一段时期内,以全力推进"三双战略"进程为总抓手,重点应抓好项目建设、发展现代农业、实施工业强区战略、加快基础设施建设等工作,努力推动全区经济社会又好又快发展。

In recent years, Xifeng district has obtained the rapid economic and social development. Now, it＇s confronting with challenging opportunities. But the problems still exist and we should be aware of them, such as inadequate total economic output, low per capita, slow process of industrialization and urbanization. It points out that in the coming years, we should attach importance to key projects construction, modem agriculture and in dustrial development, and infrastructure construction as well to promote the rapid ecomonic and social develop ment of this region.
