基于熵权集对耦合模型的表层岩溶带“二元”水资源安全评价

在分析了喀斯特地区表层岩溶带"二元"水资源特点基础上,将集对分析方法和熵权法相结合,构建熵权集对耦合评价模型,以喀斯特典型分布区的贵州省为例,分析了2000年到2008年的喀斯特地区表层岩溶带水资源安全状况。研究结果表明:贵州省2000年到2006年水源处于较不安全状态,2007年到2008年处于较安全状态。同时也表明以贵州省为中心的喀斯特地区水资源安全状态正在转好,但还处于安全与不安全的边缘状态,形势也不容乐观。因此,应转变喀斯特地区的经济增长方式和水资源的利用效率,加强水资源的综合管理,实施流域生态补偿机制,以保障流域水资源的安全程度。

The authors consider the features of epikarst dualistic water resources in karst region,and develop a coupling evaluation model of entropy weight set pair by combining the methods of set pair analysis and entropy weight.We examine the safety condition of such water resources for the period from 2000 to 2008 in a case study of Guizhou province,a typical karst-spread region.Results show that this province＇s water sources fell into an unsafe state from 2000 to 2006,but became relatively safer from 2007 to 2008.This indicates that the safety condition was turning better.The situation was near the safe-unsafe edge,however,so it is not optimistic.Thus,to guarantee the safety degree of the basin water resources in this karst region,the economic growth mode and utilization efficiency of water resources shall be transformed,the comprehensive management of water resources shall be strengthened,and the basin ecological compensation mechanism shall be implemented.
