大型双向贯流式潜水泵装置的研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 采用RNG k-ε紊流模型,通过对泵装置内部流动特性的三维紊流数值模拟,研究了城市引排水泵站大型双向贯流式潜水泵模型装置的性能。分析了不同导叶对泵装置水力性能的影响。计算结果表明,采用短直导叶的装置在正反向抽水时的性能均能较好地满足设计要求。模型试验的结果确认了双向贯流式潜水泵装置的优良性能,在扬程(1.45-1.65)m时正反向最高效率均已超过62.5%,验证了数值模拟计算的结果。泵装置内部流动特性数值模拟有助于对泵装置结构优化,对双向泵装置在高效区的性能预测是可信的。该泵装置已在城市生态引水及防洪排水工程中成功应用。 Performances of large bidirectional submersible tubular pump system for pumping station of urban water diversion and drainage,were studied in this work,through numerical simulation of 3D turbulent internal flow in this system with a RNG k-ε turbulence model.Hydraulic performances were analyzed for different guide vanes.Calculations show that if short straight guide vanes are adopted,system performances meet the design requirements under both forward and reverse pumping modes,which was verified by the model test results.The verification includes a conclusion that in the lift range of 1.45-1.65m,the peak efficiencies of forward and reverse modes exceed 62.5%.Thus,numerical predictions of bidirectional pumping performances in high efficiency area are reliable and internal flow simulation is useful for optimization of the structure of pumping system.The pumping system recommended by this study has been successfully applied to a project for ecological water diversion and flood control.
