摘要
目的建立测定路边菊中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agilent SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸,检测波长为348 nm,柱温为35℃。结果绿原酸进样量在0.026 05~1.667 2μg之间和峰面积具有良好线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=1 846 039 X-10 829,r=0.999 8(n=5);测得10批路边菊中的绿原酸平均含量为0.19%。结论该方法简便可行,重现性好。可作为路边菊的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish the determination method of chlorogenic acid in Boltonia indica(L. ) by HPLC. Methods The column was Agilent SB-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid,the detection wavelength was 348 nm,column temperature was 35℃. Results Picrinine sample volume and the peak area had a good linear relationship in 0. 026 05 1. 667 2 μg,linear equation was Y = 1 846 039 X - 10 829, r = 0. 999 8 ( n = 5) ; the average content of chlorogenic acid in Boltonia indica (L.) was 0. 19%. Conclusion The method is simple,feasible and reproducible and can be used as the quality control method of Boltonia indica(L. ).
