民国时期我国地政机关组织的变迁

On Development of the Land Administration Organization in the Republic of China

地政机关为实施土地行政的行政机关组织,肇始于中华民国北京政府于1914至1915年组建的经界局,但旋即裁撤。国民政府为遵奉孙中山的民生主义政策,高度重视土地行政工作,从中央到地方逐渐建立了一套管理土地行政的行政机关组织体系,为实施国民政府土地行政工作起了重要作用。

The land administration,as the administrative organization for the implementation of the land administration,began in the bureau sector which was formed by the Beijing Government in the Republic of China during 1914 and 1915.But it was abolished soon.The National Government followed great importance to land administration for the policy of people＇s livelihood.And the system of management executive organization for land administration was gradually established from the central government to local ones.It played an important role on the implementation of land administration for the National Government.
