韶关市人口老龄化现状及对策

The aging status and countermeasures of population in Shaoguan

老龄化问题是一个全球性的问题,人口老龄化快速增长,使得当前的社会环境不再适应它的发展.从老龄人口增长量、城乡差异、老年人文化程度、生活来源等方面分析了韶关市人口老龄化现状,并根据韶关市人口老龄化特点,从养老保险、转变养老观念及引进社会力量等方面,提出了一些政策建议.

The aging problem is a global problem. Aging population grows rapidly, making current social environment cannot adapt to its development. In this paper, it firstly analyses the aging status of the population in Shaoguan from the aging population growth, urban and rural difference, the old culture degree, source of income etc. Secondly, it discusses the existing problems of Shaoguan＇ s population and offers a proposal from the endowment insurance, transformation of old age support concepts and introduction of social welfare etc.
